In Chicago, Milk & Honey Café is famous for their yogurt and granola parfaits. Owner and chef, Carol Watson, realized that mass-produced granola was not meeting the quality standards she had envisioned, so she decided to craft her own. Starting with small, handmade batches, she created a granola unlike any other and immediately, her recipe became one of high demand. Her decadent granola combines vanilla, almond, honey, brown sugar and organic oats from select farms across the high plains. With no preservatives, no GMOs and no trans-fat, this granola produces a heart-healthy crunch.
